A local family bought the park in 2023 and gave it a fresh start with a new name: Dune Creek.

They’ve cleaned up the property, removed old trailers, fixed the roads, and started bringing in new 3 bed, 2 bath homes. The park is safer, quieter, and better than ever.

Dune Creek is a peaceful place with friendly neighbors and very low crime. It’s close to Walmart, the casinos, downtown New Buffalo, and the beach.

Chris is onsite daily, managing construction and overseeing every detail of the community’s transformation. He coordinates contractors, home installs, and ensures each project is completed to a high standard. His hands-on approach is helping shape Dune Creek into a welcoming, well-built place to call home.
