She works closely with residents, handles day-to-day operations, and guides new buyers through the homeownership process. A local family bought the park in 2023 and gave it a fresh start with a new name: Dune Creek.

They’ve cleaned up the property, removed old trailers, fixed the roads, and started bringing in new 3 bed, 2 bath homes. The park is safer, quieter, and better than ever.

Dune Creek is a peaceful place with friendly neighbors and very low crime. It’s close to Walmart, the casinos, downtown New Buffalo, and the beach.
